There are times when you just count yourself lucky when getting a shot.  Who would have thought at an awards banquet where you are there to capture party pictures and award shots, you’d come up with an image that really stands out.  Here’s my lucky moment.  Matthew Drury, Brand Manager for Drury Marketing, was taking some time out from his presenting duties and standing off to the side from the podium.

To set the scene, we’re at Dave and Busters in one of their rooms – large ornate decorations…rich deep reds.  Lights are out in the main room other than a few spot lights to allow for video presentations.  Perfect set up as Mr. Drury takes a step to the side, right under the spotlight.  It appears all eyes are on him in the picture, but actually everyone is facing front preparing to watch a video.  He takes a moment – and I get my moment.
