Above: I’m still getting over telling Amy that I’d meet her at 5:30am. The amount of work that goes on in the bakeshop before all the city hustle and bustle begins.
Above: Watching each ingredient go in to a recipe is pretty neat. Amy and I just talked and compared stories as she prepared for the morning.

For anyone to go that extra step to let someone know how much they enjoy it means you are doing a pretty good job I think.
